Shipping

We will happily package and ship your purchase anywhere in the US via UPS Ground. Shipping is a flat rate based on the size of the box, and is added automatically at checkout. Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in about 7-10 days. Made-to-order pieces ship when they're finished (4-6 weeks).

Small items - $15. Candlesticks, boards, bowls, vases, trays and other small pieces.

Medium items - $45. Table lamps, stools, side tables and wall shelves.

Large items - $85. Chairs, coffee tables, larger shelves and mirrors. Some pieces ship with legs removed for safer delivery - we include any hardware and instructions needed to reassemble.

Pickup or local delivery only. Dining tables, benches, floor lamps, lounge chairs and other big pieces. Outside Chicago? Email us at info@offcut.shop and we'll quote freight shipping.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is free at our Logan Square showroom, 3951 W Belden Ave. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

We deliver within 15 miles of the showroom for $50 on orders over $500.

Returns

We will gladly work with you to return, repair, or replace items that are defective in workmanship or that have been damaged in shipping.
