When we set up to spray paint in the shop, we typically lay down a piece of scrap board underneath to catch the extra paint and protect the bench below. After a recent job where we were doing toonnns of painting, we noticed the waste board had accumulated these accidentally-fantastic patterns - intersecting lines and gradations of the white overspray left behind. So we saved some pieces and composed them into this mysterious little box - a discrete lift off lid keeps the form minimal and let the streaks of white play across the surface of the box without any distracting hardware.
