'Drop' in a woodshop refers to parts of a panel that are cut away when making it into a specific shape, adding a curve here or angle there. As pieces of the board are cut free they drop! to the shop floor, where they become odd shaped leftovers. This table is a collection of those leftovers from a recent custom shelving unit - the curves and irregular edges were begging to be reworked into something new. So we present the Drop Table, an assemblage of solid ash parts, shapes left rough but edges sanded smooth, matte black milk paint giving it an elegant upgrade.
