Black Box

This one's sort of a riddle.  Its a practical little but also has the vibe of some ancient coded object or a map to a secret place... it's actually just the waste bed pulled off our CNC router - each of those grooves is the trace of a past project left by the router bit as it cuts out the shape of tabletop or cabinet part.   The patterned waste pieces come together into a simple mitered box with a lift off lid, perfect to contain mysterious little odds & ends.
